Coupe d'Europe 2012

On a reçu l'invitation officielle pour la coupe d'Europe en Slovaquie qui aura donc lieu du 13 au 16 août.
Voici la lettre originale et toutes les infos (en anglais pour l'instant) :

Official Invitation

Dear Members:

We are much pleased to inform that the 5th European Shuttlecock Championships will be staged in Kráľovský Chlmec, Slovakia from August 13 to 16, 2012. All European Shuttlecock Federation members and other interested countries and regions are welcome to send teams to participate.
Each member is requested to send 2 delegates to attend the said meetings at 21.00, August 12 in Kráľovský Chlmec.
The Slovak Shuttlecock Association shall take part maximum 15 people (team manager, players, coaches, judge) from each member association, while the travel expenses to and from Slovakia shall be paid by the participants themselves. Extra people are also welcome but they must adopt with The Slovak Shuttlecock Association.

4. Place
Gymnazium – Secondary Grammar School – Kráľovský Chlmec
Address: Horešská 18, Kráľovský Chlmec 07701,
GPS coordinates: 48°24’53.55“S 21°58’48.08”V
Recommended route: Flight to Budapest, then take a train or bus to Sátoraljaújhely. Or you can fly to Košice and take the bus or train to Sátoraljaújhely
From Sátoraljaújhely we can take you to Královský Chlmec if you inform us via email..

5. Events
Men’s Group. Women’s Group, Men’s Double, Women’s Double, Man’s Single, Woman’s Single and Mixed Double.

6. Participation Method
Each SFE member (except the host country which can enter 2 teams) is entitled to enter one team and non-SFE member countries or regions are equally welcome to participate. Each team shall be composed of 1 team manager, 6 male players, 6 female players, 1 coach and 1 judge.

7. Competition Method
(1) The rules approved by the SFE
(2) The International Standard shuttlecock ball shall be used for the 5th European Championships.
(3) Ranking will be based on the results of the last European Championship

8. Prizes
All places of all categories shall be awarded certificates and trophies while the top 3 places shall be awarded medals as well.
9. Expenses
(1) The Organizing Committee provides all participating teams with food and accommodation and local transportation during the Championships,20 euros/day accepted by the SFE. All travels expense to and from SLOVAKIA shall be paid by all participating teams.
(2) All early arrivals, late departures and extra members of any participating team shall be charged 20 euros per person per day.

10. Entry
(1) First Entry:
All participating countries or regions are requested to confirm their participation with The Slovak Shuttlecock Association in writing no later than February 29, 2012. We expect to inform us about the approximate members of participants.
(2) Second Entry:
The attached entry forms with name list should reach The Slovak Shuttlecock Association no later than June 31, 2012.

11. Arrival and Departure
(1) Arrival: August 12, 2012
(2) Departure: August 17, 2012

12. Technical Meeting
The Technical Meeting shall take place at 21:00 on August 12, 2012. The team manager and coach of each team are requested to attend in due time. The dinner on12 August and the breakfast on 17 August are included in the price,the participants due to pay for 4 days/20 euros/day/
